We no longer have any vacant spaces at Desert Sands Vintage trailer park.  Normally when someone decides to leave, instead of hauling their trailer, BBQ, wood deck, shade structure, landscaping, fire pit etc. They sell the space “turnkey” to the next buyer.  This transaction is between you and the old owner.  This has nothing to do with the vintage trailer park except that we have to approve you and you pay the trailer park monthly rent for the space that all your belongings are sitting on.
